The Tools to Daily Stress link is fixed! 🎉
A Marriage and Family Therapist in the field since 2015. I hold a Doctorate in Couple and Family Therapy (2023) with a background spanning clinical psychology research, legal industry assessments, family systems, and community mental health.
I've worked with people across the lifespan (ages 3–85) navigating:
Severe mental illness
Depression, anxiety, & trauma
Drug & alcohol use and recovery
Family estrangement & life transitions
Job/academic stress & relationship dynamics
Education & development
Housing insecurity & re-entry/parole
Faith-Aligned Practice (Christian)
Combined with my clinical background, I have a down-to-earth approach to teaching. I like to bring in videos, key readings, and my own core takeaways on each topic, because you know what? Big concepts don't have to be hard to learn. They just need practical solutions worth applying.
When I'm off the clock, I stay inspired by exploring the world around me. I love traveling, trying new restaurants, watching and laughing at Shorts, and reading (shout out to my book club friends!).
I'm excited to share with you my love for connecting the dots and natural knack for teaching. Please join me in this learning experience.
