The Tools to Daily Stress link is fixed! 🎉
My workshops review recent research and break down complex concepts into clear, actionable takeaways you can you can keep in your back pocket to find better balance. There is a seat at the table for you here, and I invite you to browse the course catalog below to see what fits your needs. I integrate my clinical experiences, research reviews, and video resources, while also using AI assistance to ensure the content is well-rounded and easy to consume.
Each course has a combination of proactive exercises, journal prompts, quizzes, polls, and media. If you pace yourself weekly, it takes about 4–5 weeks at 30–45 minutes per learning session. Or, if you'd rather knock it out at once, 2–3 hours is the estimated completion time. Upon completing the final quiz, those taking paid workshops receive an email confirmation along with an certificate of completion for your records of achievement. The final quiz must be passed to receive confirmations and certificates — no worries, I help you.
To get started, simply select your workshop and complete the secure checkout. Once payment is received, I will send you a welcome email and course invite link so you can begin (please allow 2-3 business days). Paid workshops are $30, with the exception of the Tools for Daily Stress, which is free. One payment per person. Clicking on the topic title will give you more information about the workshop.
All sales are final.
Please note that these workshops are text-driven, and use structured reading exercises and summaries delivered entirely on the Google Classroom portal. While the material is broken down into manageable chunks, a comfortable level of reading proficiency will help you navigate your course successfully. Since the workshops run through the Google Classroom portal, you will need a standard Google-linked/Gmail account to access the materials.
Rather than weighing you down with psychological theory and therapy modalities, my material leans on the side of insight-based learning. It operates on the timeless, old-school philosophy that when you know better, you do better. The goal is to provide clarity and perspective.
Workshops are designed for adult learners (age 18+). While the content is appropriate, the communications, concepts, and real-world examples appeal to adult learners.
Furthermore, while I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, these educational courses are not affiliated with an accrediting institution and do not provide academic or professional education credits. I use my own structure and learning objectives to tailor this material specifically for community education. I see these courses as "workshops disguised as courses" and are a digital equivalent of attending an in-person educational workshop — designed for independent, self-paced learning.
